Terms of Service

By using SolForge ("the Site"), launching a token, or connecting a wallet, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. What SolForge does
SolForge provides a browser interface for creating tokens on the Solana blockchain. We do not custody wallets, private keys, or tokens. Every transaction is signed by your own wallet and submitted directly to Solana.
2. pump.fun launches and fee sharing
When you choose to launch on pump.fun, your coin is created through pump.fun's smart contracts and trades on their bonding curve. SolForge does not operate the bonding curve, set prices, or control trading.
During a pump.fun launch you may be asked to sign a second transaction that configures pump.fun's on-chain fee-sharing program. That program splits future trading fees between you and SolForge — by default 70% to you and 30% to SolForge. This split is permanent and enforced by pump.fun's program, not by SolForge. SolForge cannot change it after launch.
3. No launch fee
SolForge does not charge a fee to create a token. You pay only Solana network fees and any optional first-buy amount you choose. SolForge's revenue comes solely from the trading-fee share described above.
4. Risks
Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Token prices can be extremely volatile and most new tokens lose value. You are solely responsible for any tax, legal, or regulatory obligations in your jurisdiction. Creating a token does not make it a security, investment contract, or endorsement by SolForge.
5. No guarantees
SolForge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that a token will be listed by Padre, DexScreener, Jupiter, or any other tracker, or that it will trade at any price.
6. Prohibited use
You may not use SolForge to create tokens for fraud, market manipulation, money laundering, sanctions evasion, impersonation, or any illegal purpose. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove listings at our discretion.
7. Changes
These terms may change at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
